Fujitsu M12 Server

The M12 server has been introduced to the market in cooperation with Oracle and Fujitsu companies in network and database.

The SPARC M12 server is a high-performance server based on the latest SPARC64 XII processor, which has gained a significant position among companies whose data security is a priority.

Its SPARC64 XII processor core is up to two times faster compared to previous-generation SPARC64 cores.

Innovative Software on Chip capabilities delivers dramatic performance increases by implementing key software functions directly in the processor. As a result, M12 servers have a high capability and remarkable efficiency in information processing.

These servers are ideal for:

⦁ online transaction processing (OLTP)

⦁ business intelligence and data warehousing (BIDW)

⦁ enterprise resource planning (ERP)

⦁ customer relationship management (CRM)

The Fujitsu SPARC M12 servers incorporate the SPARC64 XII (“twelve”) processor that features improved throughout performance with eight threads per core and significantly faster memory access through the use of DDR4 memory. They also improve performance in the overall structure of organizations, which is approved by most managers who seek high performance. Moreover, the Fujitsu SPARC M12 servers deliver dramatic database performance increases. The CPUs used in these servers allow organizations to respond to requests in the shortest possible time and increase the speed of changes related to data centers.

It comes with mainframe-class reliability, availability, and serviceability features, including moving reliability and data availability. M12 servers can offer the following facilities to organizations:

●       Automatic recovery with instruction retry

●       Extended error-correcting code (ECC) protection

●       Data path integrity

●       Memory protection with automatic change

●       Support for dual power feed implementations

●       Support for the most advanced operating systems, including Oracle Solaris

The technical specifications of the M12 server are as follows:
